Pepijn is partner bij Brinkhof en gespecialiseerd in mededingingsrecht, EU-recht en gereguleerde markten. Hij vertegenwoordigt nationale en internationale cliënten bij de Autoriteit Consument & Markt (ACM), de Europese Commissie en Nederlandse en Europese rechters. Pepijn heeft in een groot aantal zaken geprocedeerd en gepleit bij het Hof van Justitie van de Europese Unie.
Specifieke expertise over digitale markten
Pepijn bezit specifieke expertise over digitale markten zoals telecom, media en platforms. Hij adviseert regelmatig over kartelschadeprocedures waaronder class actions. Zijn cliënten zijn onder meer Google, GoFundMe, Expedia, KPN, Eurofiber, Toshiba, MOL, Vattenfall, Heineken en Diageo. Veel van zijn zaken hebben betrekking op multisided platforms, hightechproducten, new economy services, licentiëring of de weigering daarvan, standaardisatie, IP-strategieën, toegang tot netwerken en misbruik van machtspositie.

Pepijn is lid van de Editorial Review Board van Oxford Competition Law en lid van de Examencommissie Beroepsopleiding Advocatuur. Hij heeft mededingingsrecht gedoceerd aan de Universiteit Leiden, University College London en de Grotius Academie.
In 2020 heeft Pepijn de Client Choice Award gewonnen in de categorie ‘Mededinging & Gereguleerde markten’. Hij heeft gestudeerd aan de Universiteit Leiden, Sciences Po Parijs en Columbia University. In 1996 is Pepijn beëdigd als advocaat.
