Lars Leemeijer

Lars Leemeijer (admitted to the bar in 2015) specializes in contract and information technology law.

Lars advises on and negotiates a broad range of commercial contracts, with special expertise in software and IT (sourcing, licensing, SaaS). He also has experience in dealing with IT disputes and M&A transactions with an IT component.

Prior to joining Brinkhof in October 2020, Lars worked for Van Doorne in Amsterdam (IP/IT and healthcare & life sciences). He also has in-house experience having been seconded to an international IT and consultancy company.

Lars has graduated from the VU Amsterdam, where he obtained a master’s degree in criminology and subsequently obtained a master’s degree (cum laude) in law (‘Internet, intellectual property and ICT’).

Lars is a member of the Dutch Association for Information Technology and Law (NVvIR).
