Rik Lambers

Rik Lambers (admitted to the Bar in 2006) is specialised in national and international patent disputes. In particular he litigates and advises in pharmaceutical cases and in the field of biotechnology, mechanical engineering and electro-technology. His expertise further includes the protection of trade secrets and (enforcement) measures such as evidentiary seizures.
Rik is editor of the Kluwer Patent Blog. He closely follows the developments surrounding the Unified Patent Court.

Before Rik joined Brinkhof he worked as a researcher at the Institute for Information law. He studied at the University of Amsterdam and a semester in San Francisco.
