Eliane de Vilder (admitted to the Bar in 1987) advises on commercial contracts, particularly in the TMT sector. She has advised on many outsourcing transactions where she acted on both the client and supplier side. She advises companies also on other IT sourcing contracts (license, SaaS, and e-commerce). Eliane assists clients with disputes on IT-related matters and license compliance issues. Her clients include innovative startups as well as listed companies.

Eliane graduated from Leiden University in 1986 and obtained an LL.M degree from Duke University School of Law, USA, in 1987. Back in the Netherlands she joined the Amsterdam office of the international law firm NautaDutilh. Eliane successfully concluded the post-academic Grotius study program in IT law in 1996. In 2005 Eliane was one of the co-founders of Brinkhof.
