Brinkhof is pleased to announce a number of internal promotions.

Remon van Saane has been appointed counsel. Kaj Privé has been promoted to senior associate. Lilia Bouzoraa, Isabelle Kleinveld and Kirsten Vonk have been appointed solicitor associates.

These promotions reflect the continued development of our team and the strength of the talent within our firm.

Remon van Saane
Remon is a lawyer in privacy-, telecommunications– and administrative law, with a particular focus on the technology sector. He supports clients in regulatory investigations and assists them in enforcement proceedings. He also advises on legal aspects of data-intensive projects and acts in mass claims under the GDPR.

Kaj Privé
Kaj is advocaat bij Brinkhof en gespecialiseerd in mededingingsrecht en collectieve acties. Hij richt zich in het bijzonder op follow-on procedures.

Lilia Bouzoraa
Lilia is an attorney-at-law and UPC representative at Brinkhof. In addition, she is training to qualify as both a Dutch and European patent attorney. Lilia mainly advises and litigates in the field of Dutch and European patent law.

Isabelle Kleinveld
Isabelle is a lawyer at Brinkhof who works in the field of intellectual property, with a focus on patent litigation before both the UPC and the Dutch courts.

Kirsten Vonk
Kirsten is a lawyer at Brinkhof and works in the contracting practice. Her main activity involves advising on, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, with a particular focus on IT, technology and innovation.
