Philine is active in Brinkhof’s competition team, where she works on advice and litigation concerning competition law, European law and regulated industries.

Experience & ancillary activities

Philine graduated from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in 2023 with a master’s degree in International Technology Law, during which she has particularly focused on the EU’s regulation of the digital economy.

She also completed the European Master in Law & Economics at the University of Haifa, the University of Hamburg, and the LUMSA University in Rome. This Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree programme is an interdisciplinary master, where Philine specialised in the interaction between the law and (behavioural) economics in an international context.

Previously, Philine had obtained an MSc in Fiscal Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
