As the HR Manager, Mayke is responsible for the entire HR spectrum.  She works as a strategic partner with the HR partner and the office director to professionalize the office. She advises on the implementation of the HR policy and is also responsible for the operation, in which she ensures the recruitment and onboarding of new employees goes as smoothly.

Mayke has been with Brinkhof since 2025 and is an experienced HR professional with a background in both the legal sector and the corporate world. She began her career at international law firms such as Allen & Overy, Linklaters and Clifford Chance, where she built a solid foundation in (campus) recruitment, learning & development and HR policy. In the years that followed, she held several senior HR roles, including at Spigt Litigators and, more recently, at a trading firm.

With her pragmatic approach and keen eye for talent, Mayke is able to effectively translate HR strategy into practice. At Brinkhof, she focuses on further developing HR policy, talent acquisition and creating an inspiring work environment where people can thrive.
