Maurits Schellekens

Office Director

Maurits is Office Director and a member of Brinkhof’s executive board. In this role, he is jointly responsible for the firm’s strategic development and day-to-day management. Together with the board and the team, he works on building a future-proof organisation where quality, professionalism and sustainability guide the firm’s direction.

Experience & other activities

Maurits has extensive experience in both the corporate sector and the legal profession. Before joining Brinkhof, he worked at Act Legal Netherlands, where he was involved in the further professionalisation of the organisation, with a focus on strategy, collaboration and entrepreneurship.

At Brinkhof, Maurits focuses on the continued development of the organisation. His work centres on strengthening the firm’s internal structure, fostering a culture of quality, collaboration and ownership, and supporting a clear strategic direction to reinforce Brinkhof’s position in the market. By maintaining a strong focus on both operational management and the development of people within the firm, he contributes to an environment in which lawyers can perform at their best and clients can rely on high-quality legal services.
