Esmee is HR Manager at Brinkhof and is responsible for the development and implementation of the firm’s HR policy. She advises the board, partners, managers and employees on a wide range of HR and organisational matters. Her focus is on attracting, developing and retaining talent, as well as creating a professional and pleasant working environment.

Experience & vision

Esmee has more than eight years of experience in the legal sector. Before joining Brinkhof, she worked at the international law firm Allen & Overy, later A&O Shearman. There, she held various HR roles and gained broad experience in strategic HR policy, talent development and recruitment.
