Arlette is active in Brinkhof’s media and platforms team, where she works on advice and litigation on a broad range of information-law matters, focusing on the regulation of online platforms.

Experience & ancillary activities

Before joining Brinkhof, Arlette was a project researcher at the Institute for Information Law (IViR), where she contributed to several legal-scientific publications and participated in national and international conferences and workshops.

Arlette graduated in 2021 cum laude with a Master’s in Information Law from the University of Amsterdam. During her studies, she was involved in a student law clinic and gained relevant experience as a paralegal.
