Pepijn van Ginneken (admitted to the Bar in 1996) is a specialist in competition law, EU law and regulated markets.

Pepijn has ample experience representing national and international clients before the Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM), the European Commission and Dutch and European courts. He has litigated and pleaded in a substantial number of cases before the Court of Justice of the European Union. He has specific expertise in regulated sectors such as healthcare, telecoms, media and energy. He frequently advises on follow-on and stand-alone damages litigation, including class actions. Clients include Eurofiber, Google, Holland Pharma, KPN, MOL, Nuon, Reggeborgh, Heineken, Toyota and ZTE.

Pepijn is a member of the Editorial Review Board of Oxford Competition Law and a member of the Bar Exams Committee. He has lectured competition law at Leiden University, University College London and Grotius Academy. Pepijn studied at Leiden University, Sciences Po Paris and Columbia University.
