Pepijn van Ginneken (admitted to the Bar in 1996) is a specialist in competition law, EU law and regulated markets.
Pepijn has ample experience representing national and international clients before the Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM), the European Commission and Dutch and European courts. He has litigated and pleaded in a substantial number of cases before the Court of Justice of the European Union. He has specific expertise in regulated sectors such as healthcare, telecoms, media and energy. Clients include CIF, Eurofiber, Google, Holland Pharma, KPN, MOL, Nuon, Reggeborgh, TMG, Toyota and ZTE.
