Maurits is a lawyer at Brinkhof whose work encompasses intellectual property with an emphasis on trademark law, design law and copyright law. Maurits advises and litigates on disputes in these areas before national, Benelux and European bodies.
Experience & ancillary activities
Maurits completed the Master’s in Private Law with a specialisation in Intellectual Property Law at Utrecht University in 2019, graduating cum laude. For his Bachelor’s, he spent a year studying French at the Université Sorbonne Nouvelle in Paris.
Maurits is a member of the Benelux Association for Trademark and Design Law (BMM) and AIPPI Netherlands. He was admitted to the Dutch bar in 2020.
