Maurits van Beusekom

Maurits van Beusekom (admitted to the bar in 2020) works as a lawyer in the field of intellectual property, focusing on trademark, design and copyright law.

In 2019, Maurits completed his Master’s degree with honour (cum laude) in Private Law with a focus on Intellectual Property Law. He wrote his Master’s thesis on the compatibility of a filter obligation for social media platforms with European Directives.

Before starting his Bachelor’s degree Maurits studied French at the Université Sorbonne Nouvelle in Paris.
