Lucas is a lawyer at Brinkhof who advises, negotiates and litigates on a wide range of commercial IT contracts relating to outsourcing, IT services and software licensing agreements, amongst others. He also advises on consumer law and agency and distribution agreements.
Drafting and negotiating agreements
Lucas assists a variety of clients, from small businesses to the largest multinationals. His expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts is particularly valuable to clients when it comes to developing and expanding their digital services. Lucas also engages in complex negotiations, acting on behalf of major platform providers, particularly in connection with Software as a Service (SaaS) services.
Experience & ancillary activities
Lucas obtained both his Bachelor’s and Master’s in Civil Law from Leiden University and was admitted to the Dutch bar in 2019. He is a member of the Dutch Association for Information Technology and Law (NVvIR)
