Kirsten Vonk
Lawyer
Kirsten is a lawyer at Brinkhof and works in the contracting practice. Her main activity involves advising on, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, with a particular focus on IT, technology and innovation.
Experience & ancillary activities
After completing her Bachelor’s in Law at Leiden University, Kirsten went on to complete a Master’s in Civil Law at the same university, followed by a Master’s in Information law at the University of Amsterdam. During her studies, she gained experience at various law firms specialising in civil law. Kirsten also worked as a volunteer at the children’s and youth law centre in Amsterdam as well as participating in several moot court competitions.
In 2022 Kirsten completed a two-month internship at Brinkhof, followed by four months as a working student at the firm. She was admitted to the Dutch bar in 2023. Kirsten is a member of the Netherlands Association for Information Technology and Law (NVvIR).
