Jonathan Santman

Jonathan Santman mainly advises and litigates in the field of Dutch and European patent law. The challenging combination of technology and law made him do an internship at Brinkhof in mid-2018. He started working at the firm on 1 January 2019, after which he joined the Bar in February 2019.

After his bachelor’s degree in Law & ICT at the University of Groningen, he completed his master’s degree in Dutch Law with honors at the same university in 2018. Intellectual property law was the main focus. During his master studies, Jonathan worked as a paralegal for an IT company. There he was, among other things, closely involved in the drafting of IT contracts. He also advised on various IP and corporate law matters.
