Isabelle Kleinveld
Lawyer
Isabelle is a lawyer at Brinkhof who works in the field of intellectual property, with a focus on patent litigation. She completed an internship with us in 2021 and then joined the company as a lawyer in 2023.
Experience & ancillary activities
While studying for her Bachelor’s in Dutch Law at the University of Amsterdam, Isabelle spent an exchange semester studying US Intellectual Property Law at Loyola University in New Orleans. She subsequently obtained a Master’s in Information Law from the University of Amsterdam and a Master’s in Fashion Law (cum laude) from LUISS in Rome. Isabelle wrote her theses on the protection of medical solutions in a pandemic and the functionality exception in EU design law.
