Roza completed her Master’s in Information Law at the University of Amsterdam in early 2021. During her studies, she worked as a legal advisor at Clinic Law Incubator, where she advised individuals and start-ups on IP law, information law and privacy matters. She also spent a semester studying at Brooklyn Law School in New York. Following an internship at Brinkhof, she joined the firm in 2021 and was admitted to the Dutch bar in 2022. Roza is an active member of AIPPI, Young EPLAW and ChIPs.

  • Representing Amgen in a dispute with Sanofi / Regeneron concerning PCSK9 antibodies, both in UPC proceedings (Central Division Munich, Court of Appeal Luxembourg) and before the Opposition Division and the Technical Boards of Appeal of the European Patent Office;
  • Representing Delta in a dispute with Barco concerning meeting room technology before the national courts in The Hague and before the Opposition Division and the Technical Boards of Appeal of the European Patent Office;
  • Representing Belmoca in infringement proceedings brought by KDE concerning aluminium Nespresso-compatible coffee capsules before the Hague Court of Appeal;
  • Representing VerifyIP in a dispute with KPN concerning mobile telecommunications patents before the District Court and Court of Appeal of The Hague;
  • Representing Boston Scientific in preliminary injunction proceedings against Cook, seeking a cross-border injunction for patent infringement relating to endoscopic devices.
