As the HR Manager, Harris is responsible for the entire HR spectrum. He works as a strategic partner with the HR partner and the office director to professionalize the office. He advises on the implementation of the HR policy and is also responsible for the operation, in which he ensures the recruitment and onboarding of new employees goes as smoothly. Harris brings the management, employees and the organization together and strives for growth.
Harris has been with Brinkhof since 2023 and has gained experience with various organizations both within and outside the law profession. He is therefore highly employable and well-versed in all areas of human resources in the legal field.
