As a trademark attorney, Vijay provides advice on the protection of trademarks and designs. He assists clients in assessing whether a trademark or design can be used and registered and manages the application process for trademarks and designs. Vijay also represents clients in opposition, cancellation and appeal proceedings before the trademark authorities.

Vijay graduated from the University of Amsterdam with a specialisation in Intellectual Property. He worked as a trademark and design attorney at well-known Dutch trademark offices for over eight years, and as an independent lawyer for almost a decade. Vijay has managed the brand portfolios of major national and international clients. He has been working at Brinkhof since 2022.
