Pietia Gros

Pietia is a professional representative before the EUIPO as a European trademark and design attorney. Pietia is also a Benelux (BMM) certified trademark and design attorney.

As trademark attorney Pietia advises on the protection of trademarks and designs, investigates whether a trademark or design can be used and registered, handles trademark and design filings. She handles disputes and acts in opposition, cancellation and appeal proceedings before the trademark authorities.

Pietia worked for more than 15 years as trademark and design attorney at well–known Dutch trademark firms, where she gained extensive experience in advising both medium-sized companies and international clients in various business sectors. Pietia joined Brinkhof in February 2023.

Pietia studied at the University of Groningen (LL.M in Dutch law). She is an active member of the Benelux Association for Trademark and Design Law (BMM).
