Carlijn van der Berg

Carlijn van der Berg works in the field of intellectual property with a focus on trademark, design and copyright law.

Before starting in her current position in March 2022, Carlijn completed an internship at Brinkhof and worked in several positions at the firm as a student. She graduated with honours (cum laude) from the University of Amsterdam with a master’s degree in Information Law in January 2022. Her master thesis was on the influence of the harmonisation of copyright law on the balance between design law and copyright law in the EU.

During her bachelor Carlijn completed a semester at Cornell Law School in the US where she also studied US intellectual property law.
