Inge Naves (admitted to the Bar in 2016) works as a lawyer in intellectual property law, focusing on the areas of trademark, design and copyright law.
Inge obtained a LL.M degree with honours (cum laude) in Information law from the University of Amsterdam in 2016. She has also studied law at the University of Utrecht and the University of Uppsala in Sweden. Her master’s thesis concerned a study to the application of ‘slavish imitation doctrine’ by the Dutch lower courts. During her studies, Inge worked as a legal adviser for the Clinic. Here she advised individuals and start-ups on legal issues concerning technology, media and com-munication.
