Darya Bondarchuk (admitted to the Bar in 2016) works as a lawyer in the areas of IT law, privacy law, information law and contract law.

Darya graduated in 2016 from the University of Amsterdam, where she completed her Master’s degree specialising in Information Law. She wrote her Master’s thesis on copyrights and geo-blocking in the European Union.

During her studies Darya worked for a number of law firms and spent a semester studying law in Istanbul. She also worked as a legal advisor for a student-run organization (“De Clinic”) that (inter alia) provided (free) legal advice to individuals and startups in the field of intellectual property law, contract law, information law and privacy. Darya is fluent in Dutch, English and Russian.
