Brinkhof is providing pro bono help to local hospitals during corona-crisis

Brinkhof has joined ‘we help hospitals’, an initiative of the Dutch sector organisation for cyber security ‘Cyberveilig Nederland’ to help local hospitals against cyber incidents. Hospitals frequently fall victim to cyber-attacks and are unfortunately under increased attack in these times of crisis. It is vital that hospitals can continue to focus on providing much-needed care to patients. That is why Brinkhof’s lawyers are making their legal expertise on cyber security and data protection available to hospitals through this initiative. For example, we can help hospitals to meet their obligations to report cyber incidents to the Dutch Data Protection Authority and to any affected individuals.
