2020 AIPPI World Congress Online
The 5th of October marks the start of the AIPPI World Congress, which will take place online this year, and we will be participating!
On Thursday 8 October Koen Bijvank will moderate a panel session on circumstances under which an injunction may be denied, regardless of whether the patent is considered valid and/or infringed.
That same day Remy Chavannes will moderate a panel session on the fight against online counterfeiting and how rightholders, platforms and authorities can work together.
On Tuesday 13 October Mark van Gardingen will host a virtual round table on whether national utility models are useful, or unnecessarily hinder freedom to operate searches.
